water is used, up to 50,000psi, to cut material.
- Materials – a broad range
of materials and thicknesses can be cut, often multiple layers
at a time (without edges bonding).
- High Speed - feed-rates of up
to 600in/min - Water Jet Cutting is not just for samples or low
quantity production
- Accurate - Tolerances of +/-.005”
can be held on most materials and thicknesses.
- Sharp - Water Jet leaves very
little, if any, burr after cutting.
- Efficient - CNC Program implements nesting, allowing for optimal
material usage
- Cool - no heat related distortion of material edges.
